My in-laws Lim & Yun bought us on a road trip on our 3rd day to Perth. We drove to Bunbury, which was two hours away. Kate was great during the ride; she fell asleep in the car seat, haha! The beach was beautiful & the skies too. Somehow, the colours were so vivid, it felt surreal...

Back!
Finally free after coming back from down under... though just for a really short update.
After a glorious three weeks there, we are finally back. The last week at Perth was truely the highlight of our trip though Kate was beginning to show signs of homesickness - very grouchy rather often. We had a great time though, & I love the laid back life there. I love the natural surroundings, the quiet, & I love living in a real suburb near to the city. Loved catching up with my in-laws & the impromtu-ness of our stay there. We would go for lunch & end up doing other stuff after. Loved the road trip to Bunbury, which was sooo beautiful. There's so much to write about our trip there & I doubt I will be able to blog bout it in full. Gold coast was as I remembered it & I love the weather there though the winds are abit too gusty. Kate's stroller nearly flew off a couple of times! Anyway I guess I will slowly update along with pictures...
This entire week has been really hectic, what with visiting & trying to unpack & catch up with sleep. Now we gotta pack for Bali. This year I feel especially blessed; to be able to go on long holidays & just relax & take a breather - though that's also quite a feat with Kate around, haha.
Anyway, we went to hub's aunt's place today - Kate thoroughly enjoyed herself there. Though we were there to bai nian, it became more of a playdate for the kids. Loved watching them play - definately must do it again. =)
