A day in the life of Kate (1)

I told myself that Kate is growing sooo fast, & learning to do so many new things everyday that I gotta record all that I can remember to.


So I started my mini-project. I'm going do a "A day in the life of Kate" post. Probably every month once. Will try to anyway.


29th March 2010

6am
Kate's stirring in her sleep. I wonder if she's gonna wake up soon. Usually she wakes up at about 8plus though.


6.30am
Up! Hmm.. Mommy's up already, & hey! I see my green ball! Yikes! What's that loud sound? "Scared..." Pats hand on chest to indicate to mommy. Mommy shakes head. "Strong!" I tell mommy, which makes her laugh.


7.30am
Mommy puts on "Barney" for me to watch...while she's making some fabric buttons. She seems really happy with what she's doing so I am gonna leave her alone for now.


8am
Grandma wakes up & watches "Barney" with me. Mommy finally realises that I have two molar growing, which makes my total teeth count 8!


9am
My favorite time of the morning - going to have breakfast with the family! I saw two friendly aunties at the park, so I held hands with one of them before running off back to mommy!


11am
Yawn! I gotta crash...Been up since 6am. Can't play no more...Zzzz




1.15pm
Up again! Mommy & my grandparents are in a rush...they change me into nice clothes, we must be heading out! I'm hungry though...


1.30pm
We get into one of those things that transport us here & there. Mommy makes my milk for me...yummy!








 Say "Cheese!"

2.15pm
We reach our destination. Mommy says this place is Tanglin mall. I see aunt Joyce, whom I like! Ooh, we are sitting down at one of those "mum mum" place, which means all I have to do is wait & those nice people in uniforms will put food in front of me!










 They are all busy looking at what to order...





 The chicken salad is REALLY good!





 Kate's meal...













 Kate's eating almond flakes, she likes them!



4pm
We are done with our tea...Mommy lets me play with the colourful big toys! Gonna say a big "Cheese!" for her camera!



















4.30pm
Can't stop running about! There's so much to see and touch! Wow! What's all these? And this? And this too!













4.45pm
Grandpoppy gives me this red little thing...mommy's frowning... Quick, gotta finish it before she takes it away. Ooh - its sweet! Yum!





5.30pm
I'm tired...Zzzz

6.50pm
A loud sound wakes me up - mommy brings me to the baby's room, & makes me my milk... Yawn.





7.10pm
Mommy brings me to the toys department - loves! Runs about! Jumps about! So much to see! To touch! To play with!







8pm
Daddy meets us & we take this noisy long thing to Toa Payoh. I think I'm gonna see my grandma & aunt. Ooh, we are gonna eat again, yum!





 I love to eat!! Yums.



Later that night, we went over to hubs mother's place...but by then, I was so tired & forgot to take a few more pics before we slept... We both slept early together, which is a first. Me falling asleep with her at her bed time. =)
